Develop and maintain working understanding of the US Government acquisition and procurement process, company policies and procedures, Federal Acquisition Regulations and Supplements, commercial contracting methods, and other government regulations. Support assigned activities including, but not limited to, analyzing government solicitations, draft Requests for Equitable Adjustment, prepare Claims, review responses to contractor deficiency reports, letters of concern, and more. Monitors regulations and other commitments. Compiles and maintain all required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and Company policies and procedures. Confers with and advises coworkers on policies and procedures, supporting systems, technical issues, priorities and objectives. Assigns responsibilities to individuals and directs their activities; reviews and evaluates their work and prepares performance evaluations. Hires, trains and mentors personnel for the Contract compliance and administration group. Responsible for ensuring that all revenue contracts are administered within Company policy, procedure and guidelines and all regulatory requirements. Responsible for the collection and maintenance of all supporting documentation for all revenue contracts and billings. Responsible for administration of all executed revenue contracts within the operating group.
Required Experience
5 years of managerial and multifaceted support staff experience within a contract. Audit experience, business law awareness and exposure, and governmental contracting experience highly desirable.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with business, finance or accounting emphasis; or a combination of post high school and equal experience may be substituted for education. Advanced business degree and/or certification in contract management or related field highly desirable.
