GDIT provides R&D services in the areas of airport pavement design and airport surface safety. Our engineers support Airport Pavement Design and Evaluation an we maintain and support the operations of the FAA’s National Airport Pavement Test Facility (NATPF) and the National Airport Pavement and Materials Research Center (NAPMRC).
Shall have a 4-year engineering or management degree from an accredited college or university with at least 4 years of experience in airport pavements or airport pavement related research and development. Candidate shall be proficient in Government contract and design standards, planning tools (i.e. work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, critical path analyses, PERT charts, etc.) budgeting and report development.
