This position directs a team of professionals in the management, oversight and development of all FedEx Corporation’s center of excellence back office systems and programs. Responsible for the overall project management function for all related projects and governance over in-scope systems and programs. Works to establish policies and procedures related to program governance, business process design, system testing and related software change control. Maintains relationship with FedEx IT resources and relevant outsource providers and consulting partners to ensure technical development and support services meet end user requirements and business needs. Maintain positive customer relationships with all operating company customers at all levels of management.
Domicile / Relocation Information:
This position will be located in Collierville, Tennessee. Relocation assistance is available.
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in accounting, finance, information systems or other related quantitative discipline is required. Five (5) years’ experience in the implementation and/or support of major enterprise wide financial systems and/or related programs. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements. Significant project/process management experience. Extensive experience working in a large customer focused, internal business partner environment. Strong leadership and collaboration building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills. Proven ability to innovate, develop and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.
