Utility Monitoring & Control Systems Program Director
Parsons offers the U.S. Government qualified personnel to solve engineering, intelligence, information technology, facility, environmental, and energy needs. Our staff has supported mission-critical, homeland security, installation/base optimization, range sustainability, space exploration, unexploded ordnance cleanup, missile defense, and disaster relief programs both here and around the globe. We excel in delivering to mission-critical expectations. Parsons makes the world a safer place.
Parsons is one of a few primes selected to lead the facilities engineering and support requirements of the US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) in Huntsville. The Utility Monitoring and Control Systems (UMCS) Program supports a number of building management systems for that campus including both Industrial Control Systems and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (ICS/SCADA). These systems monitor and manage everything from life safety to utilities and security systems. As such, we are seeking a Program Director to manage both tasks in hand and to grow our considerable capabilities within this customer’s environment.
Have you owned the successful delivery of engineering solutions within a DoD environment? Do you have a background that includes ICS/SCADA deliverables related to large campus environments? If so, you just may be the person we seek.
As the Program Director, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of both existing task orders, as well as positioning Parsons to win additional work. A top candidate would influence our strategic direction on this program and be a key resource for this important client. Candidates familiar with the planning, budgeting and execution of like programs in either the USACE or other DoD environments would be viewed favorably.

- Experience with Building Management Systems that include Industrial Controls & SCADA systems.
- Experienced within the DoD planning, programming, budgeting and execution process
- Service in the USACE is highly desirable.
