Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. Project Manager Responsibilities: • Lead significant strategic projects in Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) for North America • Identify and drive business process/cost/service improvements needed to enhance business results by executing projects to implement these opportunities • Participate in discussions on project prioritization, resource modeling and scorecards for the region • Assist people who are leading other projects by mentoring them in Project Management or Flawless Project Execution (FPX) methodologies • Demonstrate strong business knowledge, technical skills and sound judgment to effectively assess risk, develop contingencies and determine when to escalate issues • Cultivate collaborative partnerships across all functions to drive project execution • Demonstrate ability to be process oriented with a drive for continuous improvement • Demonstrate a clear bias for action and sense of urgency and will hold themselves accountable for flawless execution • Facilitation, oversight and project management of all phases of project lifecycle • Develop and maintain overall project plan for assigned projects, including objectives, tasks, expenses, deliverables, staffing assignments, and task dependency networks • Assess project issues and risks and develop solutions that meet timeline and resource goals • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, management and executive sponsors as required • Demonstrate the ability to craft and deliver senior executive level presentations and dashboards • Act as subject matter expert with regard to project management and FPX methodology • Demonstrate leadership without formal authority • Participate actively in the PMO governance process, to include project status review, prioritization as well as managing resource assignments • Perform day-to-day execution of leading strategic projects within the CLS organization • Maintain project documentation including: project dashboards, project scorecards, resource models, presentations and charters within the PMO system

Qualifications • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or focused degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Finance preferred • Minimum of eight (8) years relevant business experience required, with Project Management or Supply Chain experience strongly preferred • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization required • Multi-sector experience (e.g., Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and/or Consumer) preferred • Strong business acumen and understanding of the end to end supply chain preferred • Strong analytical skills required • Experience interacting with and leading cross-functional teams on project initiatives preferred • Customer-centric mindset required • Customer-facing experience preferred • Strong collaboration skills and able to influence without authority required • Excellent presentation skills required to make effective presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients • Experience utilizing MS Office applications required; MS Project experience preferred • PMP/FPX or other project management training, or certification preferred • Knowledge of LEAN/SIX SIGMA/APICS/SDLC methodologies and/or certifications preferred • Experience or understanding of compliance and regulatory environment preferred • Position located in Skillman, NJ, with consideration for other USA locations • Up to 25% domestic travel required, depending on the project requirements or phase within the project
