Position SummaryIn conjunction with the Director of Risk & Information Governance the position is responsible for managing all of the Firm’s enterprise-wide records and content and also includes on-site/off-site management and storage of client and Firm files as well as all digital and/or electronic records and information. Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent. Certificate, degree or experience in revelant field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years prior supervisory and records management experience preferred. Skills:
OtherSupervisory Responsibilities: Records Management Center Staff Equipment To Be Used: Personal computer and other office equipment such as telephone, calculator, fax, machine, copier, scanner, etc. Typical Physical Demands: Requires manual dexterity and range of hearing/vision sufficient to operate standard office equipment. Requires sitting, standing, bending, stooping and reaching. Ability to move and maneuver small carts loaded with files. Typical Mental Demands: Able to deal with stress associated with fast-paced work environment. Multiple priorities/tasks. Make judgment decisions and adapt to changing work situations. Grasp and apply new ideas. Communicate with various personalities at all levels. Working Conditions: Position may require working hours in excess of 40 per week in order to meet deadlines. Works in a typical office setting.
